Buy with confidence, we happily offer exchanges and/or REFUNDS on all FULL PRICED ITEMS. To make an exchange or refund on a full priced item, an email must be forwarded to info@snuxe.com.au within 14 days of receipt of goods notifying us of your intent to return or exchange. A return/exchange form will then be emailed and must be completed and returned with your order. The returned order must be received to us within 14 days. ALL clothing must be returned unworn, with tags attached, or refunds/credits will not be offered,
SALES ITEMS or items purchased with a DISCOUNTED PROMO CODE. We do not offer refunds on sales items but we will offer a store credit or an exchange of item or size. Items purchased using a promotional code (i.e "Buy one Get one Free" we cannot offer a refund when you have purchased "buy one get one free", however we will always offer a store credit or exchange of sizes), the entire order must be returned for a store credit.
