CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY

At Snuxe we are committed to offering our fellow SnowAngels exceptional service. We will endeavour to ensure that all products listed on our website are available at the time of purchase. If an item is unavailable after purchase, a notification email will be sent within 48 hours and a full refund (including postage) or option of backorder with approximate delivery date will be offered.

It is our policy that all orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hrs. If there is any foreseeable reason why we cannot dispatch your package within 48hrs you will be contacted by email. You will receive an email from us when you package is in the mail.

SENDING A GIFT

Whether you are treating yourself or a special friend, all items will arrive gift wrapped. If you would like a gift card attached, please mention this with your special message in the comments section at checkout. The receipt will be emailed to you and will not be included with the gift being sent.

PRICING

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and include GST (Australian Goods and Services Tax).

PAYMENTS

We accept Mastercard, Visa and Amex. Your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. If you experience any problems making a purchase, please advise us via email, info@snuxe.com and we will do our best to rectify the situation. We are also happy to take payments over the phone.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are added to your order at the final checkout.

Shipping costs within Australia: All orders are sent via Express eParcel (Australia Post’s premium delivery service). Due to the varying weight and size of our products, we charge one flat rate of AUD15.00 Orders sent by "Free Shipping" will be sent by regular post and may take 2 extra days to reach its destination in Australia.
As we are located in a remote zoned area, Express eParcel may take 2-3 working days from day posted to reach most places in Australia.
Shipping costs overseas: All orders are sent via Australia Post Air Express, Monday to Friday. Snuxe delivers to most countries.

CUSTOMS NOTICE

All deliveries to addresses outside Australia may attract custom fees or import duties. Please be aware that these charges are the customers responsibility, are not added to the total at the checkout and Snuxe has no control over the charges that may apply.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Buy with confidence, we happily offer exchanges and/or REFUNDS on all FULL PRICED ITEMS. To make an exchange or refund on a full priced item, an email must be forwarded to info@snuxe.com.au within 14 days of receipt of goods notifying us of your intent to return or exchange. A return/exchange form will then be emailed and must be completed and returned with your order. The returned order must be received to us within 14 days. ALL clothing must be returned unworn, with tags attached, or refunds/credits will not be offered,

SALES ITEMS or PROMO DISCOUNTS. We do not offer refunds on sales items or discounted items (i.e "Buy one Get one Free, we cannot offer a refund when you have purchased "buy one get one free", however we will always offer a store credit or exchange of sizes).

ALL clothing must be returned unworn, with tags attached, or refunds/credits will not be offered.

Please note: we do not refund postage.
